1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made through the website operated by Nina O’Donnell. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

  • Each illustration or product is described as accurately as possible.

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen and print settings.

  • Digital items are delivered as downloadable files; physical items are shipped to the address you provide.

3. Prices

  • Prices are listed in [€, $ depending on your shop settings].

  • Taxes and shipping costs are displayed at checkout, if applicable.

  • I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed remain valid at the original price.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Payments are securely processed via [Stripe / PayPal / your payment provider].

  • I do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Delivery

  • Digital items: available for immediate download after payment.

  • Physical items: shipped within 10 days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

  • I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital items: no returns or refunds are possible once the file has been delivered.

  • Physical items: returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued once the item has been received.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All illustrations, artworks, and content are the exclusive property of Nina O’Donnell.

  • They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Liability

  • I am not liable for indirect damages, misuse of the products, or technical issues with file downloads once delivered.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
